About Gemma
Gemma is an architect deeply committed to social value and an award-winning UK Lead Ambassador for youth homelessness. She has made significant strides by organising in-house talks, speaking at networking events, raising thousands for charity and participating in numerous meetings to highlight socio-economic disparities.
Gemma’s dedication to ESG leadership is driven by her belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their potential and achieve their dreams. She understands that society’s most challenging problems can be barriers to success.
Gemma champions collaboration across the property industry to bring action towards common goals of building stronger communities, leading with purpose, growing profits and creating a positive, significant impact on the evolving built environment.
In addition to her professional role, Gemma has spent the past seven years coaching individuals 1:1 with business & leadership certification under the Proctor Gallagher Institute’s ‘Thinking Into Results’ program.
